Who is responsible
Demi Valdez, trading as DGV Works, Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. Contact: demi@dgvworks.com.
What is collected
Your full name, email address, company, your message, and, if you choose to add them, your company website, LinkedIn profile and phone number or preferred contact method. Please don’t send passwords, payment details, identity documents or confidential files through the form.
Why it is used
Only to reply to your inquiry and, if we decide to work together, to prepare for that work. Your details are not sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.
Where it is stored
Inquiries are saved to a private Google Sheet in Demi’s Google account and sent to her by email. Only Demi can access them. The website also loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers when the page loads.
How long it is kept
Inquiries that don’t lead to working together are deleted within 24 months. Details of clients are kept for as long as the working relationship and any legal or accounting obligations require.

Event experience
Eight events. Five countries.
From a 30-person cohort in Chiang Mai to an Arctic team gathering I organized on my own. Select any event in the timeline to see the details.
How every message is handled
The value isn’t checking email. It’s deciding what matters, getting it to the right place, and closing the loop.
I work across multiple email accounts, team chat, and messaging apps. Scheduling conversations end up resolved on the calendar, and every request is tracked until it is done.
Calendar across time zones
Wednesday’s New York check-in sits at 15:00 Berlin (09:00 New York) because the original 14:00 slot would have landed at 20:00 in Singapore. Travel time and buffers are blocked, and focus time stays protected.

Meeting preparation
I don’t simply put meetings on a calendar. I make sure the meeting can actually happen successfully.

Local recommendations
The point is thinking beyond the booking: what the executive needs on arrival, where the meetings are, where to eat after them, and what to pack.
